Welcome to Anyango Mpinga. We are honoured to create garments with care, purpose, and meaning. Because all of our pieces are made-to-order, we ask that you read the following policy carefully before completing your purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Each piece is made just for you, crafted by artisans with intentional detail and integrity. As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Sizing issues

• Delivery within our stated production timeframe (2–3 weeks)

We encourage all customers to consult our size guide or email us with any questions before placing an order.

Exchanges & Store Credit (If Applicable)

We only offer exchanges or store credit in the event of:

• Damaged or defective goods

• An incorrect item sent in your order

To qualify for an exchange, you must notify us within 5 days of receiving your item. Please email us at sales@anyangompinga.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. Once approved, we will offer an exchange or store credit.

Production & Shipping Timeline

Our garments are handcrafted and made-to-order. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production before your order ships.

Delays may occasionally occur due to artisan scheduling, material sourcing, or global shipping disruptions. We will communicate promptly about any unexpected changes to your timeline.
