Processing Time

All of our pieces are made-to-order to reduce waste and ensure thoughtful craftsmanship. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production before your item is shipped. During peak times or special projects, production may take slightly longer, but we will always communicate transparently.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after production

  • Shipping carrier: USPS, UPS, or DHL (depending on region)

  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships

International Shipping

  • International orders are shipped via DHL, UPS, or FedEx

  • Delivery time: 5–10 business days after production

  • Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be applied automatically when eligible.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or customs. If your package is lost in transit, please email us at sales@anyangompinga.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
