The Zava-Maso Fringe Bag from FACES OF THE EARTH collection, is inspired by the ceremonial masks of the Sukuma people of Tanzania, who represent one half of ANYANGO’S heritage. Each raffia art bag carries the spirit of storytelling, protection, and ancestral expression.

Produced in partnership with master artisans across the world, every piece is crafted from natural raffia and finished with embroidery drawn directly from ANYANGO’s paintings. Each bag holds a dialogue between lineage, artistry, and the hands that bring it to life.
